Mother Matters: A Systemic Workshop

Our earliest bond shapes how we relate, attach, and navigate the world.

For many of us, the relationship with the mother—whether nurturing, painful, distant, or complex—continues to echo through our lives in ways we may not fully recognize. Our relationship with our mother can shape how we receive love, set boundaries, trust others, navigate career opportunities, handle money, choose partners, and even how safe we feel taking up space in the world.

In this half-day systemic constellation workshop, we explore these hidden patterns, loyalties, and emotional echoes with compassion, clarity, and support. The intention is not to blame or judge, but to acknowledge and transform, to open space for something new.

Who This Workshop Is For

This workshop is for women and men who want to explore or heal their mother relationship, whether it feels close, challenging, distant, complex, or unresolved. It is also ideal for anyone interested in family dynamics, attachment, or systemic patterns.

Everyone is welcome — whether you are new to this work or have had experiences with systemic constellations or related exercises before.

What to Expect

In a small, supportive group setting, you will experience guided systemic and somatic exercises that help illuminate and address the deeper dynamics of the mother–child relationship.

You will also observe or participate in one family constellation for a focus participant. A systemic constellation is profound work which allows us to see and address known or unconscious dynamics within our family system that may be silently affecting our life and may block our enjoyment of life, health, relationships and success. Representing in someone else’s constellation can be deeply moving and often brings unexpected insight and transformation.

You are welcome to join individually or with a partner, friend, or family member. There is no requirement to share personal details about yourself or your family—your inner experience is enough.

This in-person event is facilitated by Hanna Sharma, a compassionate and experienced international systemic and family constellation practitioner.

• A 1:1 pre-event conversation with your facilitator (30 minutes, online)

• Your own personal systemic constellation on the topic of your choice (related to the mother), receiving the focus of the facilitator and the group
