Many of the challenges we face—whether in relationships, work, health, or emotional life—are not random. They often emerge from deeper, unseen dynamics within the systems we belong to.

Often without realizing it, systemic influences shape how we make choices, receive love, trust, set boundaries, and even how we navigate career opportunities and relate to money.

In this full-day workshop, you are invited to explore and transform deeper relational and family dynamics in a respectful and supportive setting.

This work helps you see hidden patterns, inherited loyalties, and emotional dynamics in your life, supports release and integration, and opens space for something new in your life.

Who This Workshop Is For

This workshop is for individuals interested in exploring and transforming family and other systemic influences in their lives.

This workshop may be particularly relevant if you:

• Notice recurring patterns in relationships or life situations

• Experience emotions or reactions that seem disproportionate or hard to explain

• Feel “stuck” despite previous efforts to create change

• Are curious about family dynamics, attachment, or systemic patterns

Open to everyone, from newcomers to those with prior experience.

You are welcome to join individually or with your partner, friend, or family member. There is no requirement to share personal details about yourself or your family—your inner experience is enough.

What to Expect

In a small group, you will gain insights into family dynamics and other systemic patterns, experience somatic exercises and participate in or observe unique guided systemic constellations.

“Systemic Constellations” or “Family Constellations” are a spatial, embodied method that allows hidden structures within a system to become visible. From there, shifts can occur—often in ways that are both subtle and profound.

While rooted in family systems, this work can be applied to a wide range of topics, including:

• Relationship challenges

• Recurring emotional patterns (e.g., inadequacy, anxiety, guilt)

• Personal or professional blocks

• Health-related themes seeking a new perspective

Participating as a representative in someone else’s constellation is often a powerful and transformative experience in itself. Even as an observer, many people find the process deeply relevant and personally meaningful.

Participation is always voluntary, and you are encouraged to engage at your own pace.

This in-person event is facilitated by Hanna Sharma and Lisa Kurytnik, both experienced systemic and family constellation practitioners with a deep understanding of human systems and known for creating a grounded, respectful, and supportive space.
