Father Matters

For many of us, the relationship with our father—whether present or absent, supportive, distant, conflicted, or complex—continues to shape our lives in subtle and often unconscious ways. Our connection with our father influences how we meet the world: how we take action, pursue our goals, and face challenges.

In this half-day systemic constellation workshop, you will explore the visible and hidden dynamics of the father bond, creating space to step more fully into your own life.

What to Expect

In a respectful and supportive environment, we explore underlying patterns, loyalties, and emotional imprints with compassion and clarity. This work supports awareness by helping you see and feel dynamics in your own life, as well as release and integration, opening space for new movement and possibility.

You will engage in somatic exercises and take part in, or observe, a unique guided family constellation within a small group setting.

A systemic constellation offers a powerful way to reveal and address conscious and unconscious dynamics within family or other relational systems that may be silently influencing your life—and may block your enjoyment of life, health, relationships and success. Representing in someone else’s constellation can be deeply moving and often brings unexpected insight and transformation.

Who This Workshop Is For

This workshop is for men and women who want to explore and transform their relationship with their father. It is also ideal for anyone interested in family dynamics, attachment, or systemic patterns.

Open to everyone, from newcomers to those with prior experience.

You are welcome to join individually or with your partner, friend, or family member. There is no requirement to share personal details about yourself or your family—your inner experience is enough.

This in-person event is facilitated by Hanna Sharma, a compassionate and experienced international systemic and family constellation practitioner.
